This software package aids the determination and processing of a priori probability density representation of seismic phase onsets. Determination is possible with all seismic picking data, that have error estimates. Best practice is to follow the Tutorial for consistent phase picking at local to regional distances for consistent onset times. The PDFs are determined with the proposed three times for each pick (t_e - earliest possible pick, t_a - most probable pick, t_l latest possible pick).
